Dont u think co asking for addition docs and waiting for them could cost more time? So i think opposite of what u heard

it is alright to take health check anytime between lodgement and co allocation. For the record since validation of health check is 12months of which how much left probably is the time u can have to prepare the first entry to active pr visa. So closer to co allocation, more time for preparation.

u r probably right, mate. my ma had some transition got pr, the latest ones are from may, no DE recently as well.

No way! Its sort of unfair if its true. The demond of employer who nominated DE is not as important as those who already have 457 employee? I think all DE nomination employers should file complaints to urge dibp move towards fulfill their demonds. LOL

yes you can by importing your app lodged by ma into your own immiaccount where u can track app and even upload files

why!!! couldnt they just sent email as soon as they finish all checks on the app files. whats the point set a auto email which is sent few days after they finish works.

there is a possibility they ask for same document. since more than 6 months has past after u lodged apps, specially cross a natural year ,they might want some update of old version, such as financial status . the document may appear same name but with latest context.

well, this is the toughest question ever, according to the spreadsheet here and dibp offical reply, i'll say mainly from feb to july

an email should be received by either you or your ma, depends on whose address has been given, after the app has been lodged and paid, it contains some basic infor including trn and pese. pese may not be that important at early stage i guess ,cuz it might change during processing

there is a button "import applications" in your immiaccount where u can import application with trn and few other infor which works for nom as well if u can access those infor of your employer

To my understanding, the 457 visa only valid while applicant works for nomination employer, Otherwise applicant is not eligible staying in au unless has other visa I think this is reason ma want u transfer And 186 DE is not relevant to 457

True dat, good thing is u have more options to get pr. Otherwise its painful to watch our efforts of years go down the drain and get refusal with nothing wrong we done but trust ma with our rest of life And merry xmas BTW

Congrats u got pr! This is a sad story with happy ending How can we get knowledge about nom without access to it, only way is ask a screeshot from ma since they always claim they are just handling it well and ask us just waiting patiently
