It is so nice to hear that some people are making progress. We seem to have had quite a period where no-one has had any good news. Things are moving on - hurrah!

Me too - although it is only 4 weeks since we submitted paperwork to Centrelink. A bit more of a wait yet I think.

That really is crazy - and I see from your earlier posts that you have tried to at least get some information from them. Have you had any feedback from them at all? It must be so frustrating for you.

Well our medicals have been uploaded to DIBP. Hopefully that means everything on that front is OK. Just got to get through the long wait for AOS approval.

Thanks for that, but that didn't work either - just printed the screen shot. No problems though - the panel physicians have printed them off for us. Hopefully everything will go smoothly for us tomorrow!

No, no agent - I'll try a different computer. If no joy then I'll contact the panel physicians and explain the situation. Thanks for reassuring me that I wasn't doing something wrong!

Has anyone had a problem printing off their Referral Letter for their medical? We've logged on to the eMedical site and entered all our details and the screen shows: Press the 'Print Referral Letter' button to retrieve your referral letter for the examination(s) you must complete as part of your visa application. You must take this letter with you to your examination. For a list of approved medical practitioners near you refer to the department's website. http://www.border.gov.au/about/contact/offices-locations/panel-physicians Print Referral Letter We've clicked on "Print Referral Letter" but nothing happens. Any help would be appreciated.

She had already been in, but has re-done with the new form and gone back in. Hopefully everything will be OK and they won't get confused by two forms! Will check that the Form 80 format hasn't changed since I completed ours a couple of months ago - will check before sending!

If you go to http://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/about/corporate/information/fact-sheets/34aos it gives information. The form is at https://www.humanservices.gov.au/individuals/forms/su594 and it gives you details of what is required. Having looked this up for you I now realise that the form has been updated since I downloaded it and forwarded it to our daughter in late October. I am hoping that they will accept the old version of the form, otherwise she will have to fill everything out again! These things are sent to try us.......

Yes - Medicals which are booked for 10 Jan, Police checks which we did on line on 22 Dec and AOS which my daughter is hopefully doing at the moment, although Centrelink was jam packed yesterday when she tried, so she was going again today to see if she could get it done. Form 80 is ready for final check and then that will be ready to go too. Hopefully we will get everything done in time, although 28 calendar days is short enough without having public holidays within the timeframe. Still we will get there. It is so long since I had to amend the signature dates that I couldn't remember how to do it - have figured it out now!

Happy New Year everyone. We have just got home from a lovely 4 weeks in Australia. Can't wait for everything to be finalised and approved and hopefully for us to be out there permanently in the not too distant future. Fingers crossed that everything goes well for everyone in the waiting room.

It is such a frustrating wait isn't it? Hopefully only a few more weeks before you hear something.

It is good news for you rahulshankar but it is very frustrating for us as we lodged a week before you and we haven't had a word yet. It does seem to be a very weird way IMMI are working at the moment. We'll definitely not be hearing before Christmas I suspect - even doubt if we will hear anything this year! Still nothing we can do about it so we'll just enjoy Christmas with the family and hope it isn't too far into January that we hear something..

Well they are really teasing us now and playing with our emotions. Last week the update showed 11 Mar 15 just one day ahead of us being processed. Just one day's movement we thought and then we would be in the frame. Well we have had one day's movement, but the wrong way. Update now shows processing applications received on 10 May 15. Grrrrrrr!!
