    I’m not sure as I didn’t do a PGCE. They’re usually called Academic transcripts. It just shows all your grades for the modules that you did, and then the overall grade. What’s on your PGCE transcript?

    You just have to contact your university and you can order it. It shows the breakdown of all the modules you did. I’m pretty certain that you will need it for your application so maybe have a look on your university’s website be I’m sure they can get one sent out to you.

    Oh pretty similar then! Yes you have to submit a CV, for the nomination and then the actual visa I think.

    Fingers crossed for you that it will be! ?? No I didn’t claim any experience, my 3 years in a primary school don’t count, and I’ve had 1 full year in a special school and lots of casual/supply work, so I didn’t meet the 3 year minimum to claim points. What’s your occupation?

    I had 70 points. It was about 4 weeks after submitting my EOI that I got my invitation for nomination, then 3 days after I submitted that I got my invite. It was all very quick!

    I lodged June 16th for NSW, special needs teacher. Its status is still ‘received’.

    Hi guys, I lodged my application for my 190 NSW visa on the 22nd June for Special Needs Teacher. I have just looked, and the new list published for NSW from July does not have Special Needs Teacher on it. Does this affect my application? Or does it not matter, seeing as I was already invited and had lodged my visa before July. Thanks!

    You can’t get anything permanent or long term if you only have a 3 year degree. I know in NSW you can get conditional accreditation to do casual work, but the ‘condition’ is meant to be until you get the fourth year of study. It’s annoying, but I don’t think there’s a way around it. If you’re looking to go permanently then you’ll have to do another year.

    I found the same problem! I’d probably go to Cotton On if you want cheap stuff. There were a lot of good boutique stores around Sydney, I’m sure there’s some in Melbourne too. Failing that, I had New Look delivered from the UK several times!

    No, I just scanned colour copies of the original documents. I only needed things certified for the skills assessment.

    PGCE and BA Hons. It only asks for tertiary education.

    I also lodged two weeks ago with all documents! Everything has been so quick up until lodging, fingers crossed it continues... ??

    Mine took 7 weeks from when they received it, to when I got the certificate in the post

    You can get conditional registration in NSW and do casual work with only a 3 year degree. I have a 3 primary ed degree, then did a Masters in Special ed as I ended up working I Special needs school and I much preferred it. I’ve applied for my 190 visa as a special needs teacher. You will definitely have to do a further year to get approved by AITSL.

    Hi guys, probably a silly question... I've just received my invite for my 190 visa. If I already have a my immi account, do I used the same account to apply for the 190? I've had a WHV before and a tourist visa so I can login to that account. Thanks!
