  1. would anyone know if a post grad diploma in inclusion and special needs be enough to apply for NSW special needs teacher?
  2. Hi thanks for your message, i have a 3 year BA in primary teaching, 45 days of supervised teaching practice and 3 years experience as a teacher. they've asked me to to do a top up year, but then when i called AITSL they said i would'nt need to study as much? I want to apply for NSW as I know they need special needs teachers? I am so confused as to what they want!
  3. Hi I am wondering the same, would anyone know if a post-grad diploma in special ed needs or early years be enough or would a masters be better as its higher? I just want to get this year of study under way.
  4. Could a post grad in special ed needs be enough for NSW?
  5. ok thank you for the information. I think I am going to do a post grad dip and then go from there.
  6. on the skilled assessment - AITSL it asks for four years of study? I have a BA in Primary Teaching (3 years) .... I am finding it all confusing.
  7. Hi Did any of you study for an additional year? how long did you have to wait for your invites?
  8. Hey, I was just wondering if there were any Primary Teachers on here applying for/have been successfully accepted on a skilled visa. so, basically I have 85 points and can apply for 190 and 489 regional. I am registered and accepted by the Dept of Education in NSW & VIC ...the only thing I have to do now is study a post grad or MA for the additional year of study. Has anyone else done this? or have any insight with their applications? I have recently returned to the UK to study for the year before I apply for my skilled assessment and EOI. Any information would be helpful. thanks Rain
