I hope they dont take another 11 weeks to finish December as well like they did with Nov. But if u look at the 186 spreadsheet most Dec applicants and even some up to Feb has been finalised. does not make sense at all Sent from my SM-A500F using Tapatalk

The worst thing is that they keep throwing the "only 75%" will be processed within the 6 months with no clear reason for the other 25%. If it is in progress. fair enough but not even allocating it in 8 months!!?? I could have earned alot of interest on that money. At least they could only take the money when it is allocated then. How can there possibly be so many November cases. Something is wrong as ours have not even been allocated and they simply cannot give any answer. I would understand if it is in progress that some checks could take time. BUT Almost 8 months and not even being allocates is just not on. Sent from my SM-A500F using Tapatalk

Taibo's nomination and visa is 01/12/2015 and was approved on the 20th already, Jerry from 16/12 has been requested documents and 2 MA's I have spoken to has confirmed that they have had some 187 approvals and allocations from December. Not sure how they work, but there has been some (minimal) activity for December applicants.

Thank you, how ridiculous that November is taking sooo long but only on 187. If I look at last years report there are way less 187 applications than 186. I wish I could understand this process.

I get it, but what if you pay that money, is it guaranteed that you will get the visa then? Would hate spending that and then having to wait for something else anyways. 4000 x about 11 in my currency

$4000 is alot of money if you are offshore from a HR country. I am waiting for a reply from my MA Its really unfair if they ask IELTS. If they have processed within the 6 months as advertised it wouldnt be necessary

Second applicant is needs to be done within 12 months of lodgement as far as I understand
