What is the stamp date on your wife's IELTS?

That doesnt sound right. If it stamped September 2015 this means there is still 2 months left till 12 months. as a secondary applicant your test must have been completed within 12 months of visa lodgement or can be completed during visa application processing. Double check with your agent. Something does not make sense here

Not sure, but that is painful. Did you work through an MA? Surely they should have advised that you would need to provide this.

I would actually not be bothered with that Auto reply anymore to be honest. It is so far off and just confusing the lights out of us. At least they should be able to tell you that they are currently busy with you file or that it will be allocated in the next how many weeks. That auto response is for ENS as well and they have seen Feb approvals. No truth in that thing whatsoever. How can November take almost the same time as July files and that was after the December holidays. Somethings up . . .

Nothing about that auto reply makes any sense. It includes ENS but they have had alot of January and some Feb approvals. Like you mentioned, how can it say late November but you do not even have a CO? Have you contacted them lately?

Now my question is if you give them your reference number, why on earth can they not give you a simple answer like we are currently working on your file which is due to internal / external checks. Something like that is not too much to ask. We understand things take time but WE JUST NEED TO KNOW if they are actually busy with it. I am sooo frustrated.

I feel your pain, I actually went to the doctor today cause my system is literally crashing and she advised me to just relax. Which is simply impossible to do in this process. Cant help myself to wake up at 3am in the morning(offshore) just to check if there is an email waiting for us. I hear how extremely efficient everything in Aus is, then I do not know how the visa process comes into play. Dont get me wrong, I totally support all the checks and procedures. But surely if you see you have a million applications and 40 staff members someone should be able to see that this formula just does not work. 189 visas - Priority 4 or 5 cant remember, are being approved within a month to 3 months. Clear information would be greatly appreciated. Thats all we ask. . . I dont even know how to encourage you, because everytime we think its close we just get another delay and disappointment.

Hey Dev, are you also able to fix the spreadsheets so that the totals are accurate on the auto response sheet? Average days etc. I see not all are calculating accurately and I dont know how to fix it.
