Did they request docs for nomination or visa? I would have phoned them if I was you. I wont be able to wait that long

Ha ha, I can totally relate to that. Its been a year since we started the process and now every time you see people you rather try and avoid them than having to answer the PR questions! We are offshore, living in limbo and life as we knew is, gone. paused and its like a nightmare. A very loooong stretched out nightmare. This is suppose to be a great life changing experience. Not yet!

No worries, we are just all anxiously waiting. No idea how they are working, but give it another 3 to 5 weeks maybe.

Has anybody actually received approval before the 28 days after submitting docs. To me it seems like its 28days plus for everyone. This is so frustrating.

We have already waited 8 months just to be asked for more docs and now another month wait? For what! If they have the docs why can they not just start doing what they need to do. I am literally going mental. This is really getting too much now.

We were requested, almost everything that is on the checklist for the nomination. Employment contract, genuine position, Financials etc.

We applied offshore but still waiting approval. Requested docs have been sent by the MA and now waiting some more.

I hope not!! This is only the nomination part, I guess after the 28+ days they could still request more docs on the visa as well

Same here. Almost the whole checklist for the nomination was requested again. Genuine need Financials of all sorts Employment contract And the MA actually uploaded updated financials in June. So frustrating Sent from my SM-A500F using Tapatalk

That auto reply has never been accurate in the 8 months I have followed this forum. They are definately busy with December but no consistancy at all. I think HR LR and occupation does play a role. Sent from my SM-A500F using Tapatalk

I feel your pain and almost sure you will get a straight grant if you have not yet been contacted by now. Even though I'm gutted for being asked for more docs on the nomination, I am kind of relieved not having to guess when they might allocate our file. Now just hoping the MA has everything under control as the nomination is in their hands. This now means at least another month or 2 waiting for us. so frustrating.
