My thoughts exactly, ours have now past the 28 days and still waiting. Now its just a guessing game once again.:eek:

Where are these rules? Do you have a link. From what I can see in our request it just says you need to provide the requested docs within 28 days. Would really like to know what the actual procedure is.

I have only heard of email request for more docs and you then usually have 28 days to provide the documentation.

I heard $4000, not sure how accurate it is

We submitted the requested docs 4 working days after they requested it, so hopefully we can have some feedback in the next two weeks. This process of waiting is so painful.

That is frustrating! Why dont they just request all the docs at once, was your nomination approved?

You are very lucky that this drama is over. I hate guessing everyday when it might happen, now it is will it actually happen for us? All the doubt, stress and waiting.

Our employer attached a letter of urgency as well and were told that each persons situation is urgent in some way. lol they really do not care what your situation is.

Waiting is no fun. 20 days since doc requested. . . No fun at all . . .

If the employer was asked for more docs on the nomination, would it be a good plan to follow up on the application after docs supplied or just wait out the 28 days.

I know exactly how you feel.

Sometimes I cant help thinking that our time will never come. From the first step to retrieve all the documentation etc has been delayed. Will this ever come to an end!

As you know, we have been requested more docs on the nomination. From what we have seen most nomination and visa applications get allocated to the same CO. I have been thinking, would the CO only look at the visa application once the nomination is approved? I was hoping they have looked at it already and not needing any more documents. Would be quite devastating if they still had to request more info on visa as well after we have waited 9 months
