Is is permsision only needed if under 18? I have an 19 yr old who's biological father is not my husband.

I have a 19 year old and trying to get a 189 visa next year with him and husband, my agent has told me that as long as I can prove he is dependent on us ie still in college living at home and we pay for his phone, car etc then it will be ok. we are just waiting for my skills assessment to be returned before doing EOI.

How long did the process take for you from,posting to them till receiving outcome?

Do u mean Dec 16 as your re register date? Or that u have a year to present?

Just had a thought this week that APHRA has a yearly re-registration date for all nurses compared with different dates in UK with NMC. so my question is... If my registration is accepted say in January 2016, will I need to re apply again when they have the yearly registration (is this in May? Not sure) or will it last till the following year? or as I won't be finalising registration in person till I get to Oz will it not actually start till then? I may not be getting to Oz until next summer if all goes well anyway, that's our aim anyway. hope you understand what I'm on about lol

I would definitely include it'll save them asking you for it later. good luck I had email back from APHRA today thanking me for my additional information. Hope it will start getting processed now with no more evidence needed

Yeh they have them on the anmac website to download, fill it in in front of certifier then send off. ill try and post the link on here

This is what I thought I had lost my original so printed the online form,, but they requested a stat dec form as the printed form from the online thing I had sent was not enough. Even though they have the direct letter from the NMC too!

They asked me for sat dec form for NMC as I'd lost my original and they weren't happy with the letter NMC emailed me which I had already had certified and sent. They also were chasing my university verification of course in English and clinical hours which had taken almost two months from asking them for it! They sent them the same week so hopefully they have received all my stapuff now and don't need anything else.

It's been 8 weeks tomorrow since they received my application , I had to send more info on the 9th nov... Not heard anything yet. Im thinking the 12 weeks processing time the advertise on website, starting from when they would have received the extra stuff would take me to beginning of Feb! I was hoping I'd hear before Christmas so I'd be able to celebrate the first stage being completed as I've been planning this Oz thing for years. I'll let you know if I hear anything. Good luck

Just had this email back from AHPRA... Dear Charlotte You are not required to submit the ICHC form certified. You may please complete the relevant application page, scan and post it to me as an attachment. Kind Regards, Sebastian Chacko Registration Officer Do u think he means email as an attachment rather than post? It's confusing where he saying scan and attachment but then saying post?? I'm gonna post as well just in case but hopefully if he just wants it emailed it won't hold up process much longer?

Thanks Loulou. Gonna them send off tomorrow morning so hopefully I will be in time for my 4th Dec deadline for getting to them. I have a named person to directly post to in ahpra which hopefully will help too.

Will I need to get it certified?

All sorted fit2work have emailed, I've spoken to them to confirm who I am and they are resending completed criminal checks. I asked if they are sending stuff to Ahpra and they said they can view it when I give them the number. So as I have already sent all my ahpra application form, should I re send the page which this information should be on?

Oh my god! I have been really stupid!! i put the wrong email address on form... Just checked all my uploaded forms and noticed I misspelt my email on form. just emailed them to advise so hopefully they will just be able to resend. they may have sent to APHRA too hopefully finger crossed and its not held the process up too much. Unless they can't match up because of the different emails too

i thought I had read on their website that you would not get an email to confirm receipt only an email when it has been done? That's why I thought it was ok until now. Ive just emailed them thanks

Just logged onto my PayPal account and the payment is not listed!?? But I have got an email from PayPal and it's listed on my credit card statement as paid? Confused.com now Any ideas folks?

Payment has been taken from Barclaycard on 7/11/15 recieved PayPal email to confirm payment has been taken but nothing from the company to confirm receipt of application or that it has been done! Checked my 2 email accounts (I'm sure I trying to put my new gmail, as using this for all Australia stuff) spam and inbox and nothing.

No , should I have had that too? I've checke my spam but wasn't there either.

Fit2work... It's been ten working days as of Friday! They have taken my payment too. Hopefully will hear tomorrow or I'll get hold of them to check. Thanks for your help

so how long from paying online to receiving.. I did mine online two weeks ago and not heard anything yet!

Im hoping to be applying for 189 visa next year and starting to get documents together ready. My agent has advised me to get ready 3-4 payslips for every year of employment up to ten years as I'm claiming. Or p60 for every year of the 10 years. She said that inland revenue can provide replacements of these if lost. Ive done one reference for ten years as been in same job.

Have you done the modified anmac then? I've done full anmac assessment and APHRA form the same time but still waiting, it's been about 4 weeks so far though so early days yet for me to hear anything. have you done your fit2work for ahpra? You need to do this before sending APHRA forms off, I've only just done mine as didn't realise and they emailed me to do it.
