  1. We are using getme2oz. We also have a 19yr in tow, she is hopefull that proving his dependency on us is do able. Putting visa in next week.
  2. our agent has asked us to this this form prior to applying next week so I guess we are sending it all the same time to avoid any delay. She filled most of form in and we just checked and completed any missing bits. on starting with our agent she sent us a simulated form to complete with all the speeded info ready to complete the application and this form. the holiday section was actually 10 years and employment/education was from birth.
  3. I submitted EOI in Dec for 189 I'm a nurse with 65 points. I had invited the same week (sat- thu) but it was close to an invite date and 65 points helped me. Heading to Sydney hopefully June time.
  4. Thanks, to be honest only realised feed was so out of date after I had posted.
  5. Mainly looking for advice on if they should be withholding the skill select log in details from me? im almost at the end stage now as submitting visa application next week and I have already paid them fully now for their assistance.
  6. I had started my initial EOI for different visa options not the 189, I knew I couldn't get a visa without skills assessment.
  7. no advice to post sorry but , Im having a little issue with my agent too, I had a EOI of my own but was advised to put on hold until we were ready to apply after positive skills assessment, the agent then opened a new EOI and will not inform me of my log in details I have asked three times and they are ignoring my request and not telling me why! Is it not my right to have the log in details? All I want to do is see it. I'm starting to become ocd over this whole process and need complete control, wish I had done it myself lately without agent. I've had more answers from this forum than my agent. they also failed to fully complete form 80 as advised and paid for, I spent hours checking and recompile ting sections of it. Hope
  8. Thanks for for speedy response and advice, yeh I think through this whole process I'm worrying that any little thing might cause them to say no.
  9. Yes it it is exciting but scary at the same time! my email said , just to email back to request the extension. we are planning on Sydney as have friends there and that's where my husband spent time and always wanted to go back. we had in ur minds ASAP once visa approved but thinking June at earliest hopefully. We are planning on selling our flat in the next couple months and move in with in laws to save a bit before going.
  10. Was wondering what people put for this question. " Why are you travelling to Australia?" Myself , husband and 19 yr old son are looking for new start in life, new experiences , hopefully better opportunities, better weather. my husband travelled there over 15 years ago and always wanted to go back and live in Sydney. It's taken till now to convince me and get the ball and endless forms rolling! we also have friends out there and one of which is the guy he travelled with and has now got citizenship and married with a baby. Not really sure what is best to say , don't want to put something they don't want to hear. any help is much appreciated.
  11. I got my AHPRA provisional registration letter today! I just need to ask for extension as wont be over there till later this year, hopefully June time we are planning for. I've already got Anmac approved before Christmas and EOI came back before new yr, I'm filling in visa forms this week along with assistance from my agent. Hoping to submit this week/next week depending agent. Time line: ANMAC paid / sent 16-8-15 completed 11-12-15 almost 17 weeks including asking for extra doc/evidence, waiting for uni and NMC to send stuff. AHPRA sent 16/10/15 completed 13/1/16 almost 13 weeks including sending more evidence and delays with other parties sending evidence i.e. university and NMC and there was Xmas holidays in that too. EOI submitted 13 /12/15 invited 17/12/15 4-5 days turn around - had 65 points and applied just before a invite date.
  12. I did the ielts route on AHPRA even though I had education to prove, it's just easier. I sent all my transcripts etc too for extra proof even though we're asked for. My agent said they may still ask for it all anyway. I did feel like a non English speaking person taking that route mind and angry that I had to do the exam in the first place anyway.
  13. I sent my EOI and got the invite the same week, in less than a week ( sat to the uk times) I had 65 Points for myself husband and 19yr old son. Invites first and third weeks every month I think they are. Have you completed yr EOI? I did and then put it on hold.
  14. Yes, no real rush I suppose, the visa is the first hurdle really on getting over there, it will only be an issue now if they refuse to give me registration . my agent sent me my visa form this week so this weeks annual leave will be taken up preparing and uploading those forms.
  15. Great news! I'm still waiting for news, hopefully won't be too much longer for me
  16. I wonder if that's where mine is going too then?
  17. My agent has supposedly sent in my EOI, how will I find out if I got an Invite this round, do they email me or my agent? What time in the uk will we hear?
  18. Heard for AHPRA this week, they are chasing the university transcript still! Managed to get the uni to send email with attachment and AHPRA have confirmed that they have received it. It looks like the uni were only sending it to anmac even though asked to send to both. Arragh!!! the registration agent advised that my application is now being passed to management to discuss and decide outcome which is the normal process, and to expect it to be around 4 weeks before I hear anything. My my agent thinks that as they haven't asked for much it should not be too long.
  19. Thanks for your fast reply! I'm off down the pub to celebrate another step closer in our process.
  20. Yes it was really quick , three weeks since my extra docs arrived!
  21. Just received my skills assessment back as positive today via agent, so hoping to put EOI in this week. Already been completed and has been on hold awaiting skills ax. registered nurse : community health code : 254414 visa : 189 65 points Any predictions if possible would be gratefully received. Agent thinks in 18th dec round?? How do you think actual visa will take to process? Suddenly getting real, can't believe skills only took 3 weeks after posting extra info/documents.
  22. So excited!! Just had email confirmation from my agent that my positive skills assessment has come back! i can now do my EOI and she thinks that I may get invited in next round in 8 days time 18 th dec!! Off to pub to celebrate... Not even told hubby yet thought I'd surprise him in pub he'll be over the moon
  23. Thanks very much for the info. I have been emailed about further information/documents, do you think this would be the same person dealing with it or will it be passed onto a case officer? Shall I tell them now or wait to hear from someone again? I only just sent the additional info and that was received on 2nd dec.
