I have a question in the online application. In question 15 it asked if any of the applicant have lived outside of the country of usual residence. My wife lived in the USA from 1994 to 1998 (which is more than 10 years ago. Do I have to put her address there?(she can't even remember the exact address (number of her apartment). And would she be needing an FBI/police clearance from there? She has an FBI clearance but it was issued in 2005. Do we need to get a new FBI clearance for her? I am confused because I have read somewhere that police clearance is needed only from countries you have lived during the past 10 years.

Hi guys I just wanted to know. Is it possible to fill up the visa application form in immiaccount but not to lodge it yet? If so, can I still edit the answers on it after I save and print it and review it? or do is it considered lodged once I have filled up the form even though it has not been paid yet

Hi Websie and Csi As both of you applied throught transition stream. Did you have to sit for IELTS or did you just submit a letter from school confirming English as Medium of Instruction. If you submitted a letter. Do you have a format of such letter?

Hello Lucky I see you applied through transition stream (186 to PR). Did you take IELTS or did you claim for IELTS exemption through 5 years education in secondary and/or higher education in English medium?

Has anyone here saved a draft of the application form for 187 they filled up online? (especially those on the 187 TRTS). I am trying to look for a draft application form because I want to see what questions are being asked.

My employer's SBS approval which was used to lodge my 457 in 2012 has expired and they have not re-applied for a new SBS. I am now more than 2 years with the employer and employer willing to nominate under RSMS 187 transition stream but my employer was told by an agent that he cannot lodge 187 TRTS because his SBS has expired and he does not have a current SBS. Is this true? Is a current/unexpired SBS approval really needed to lodge RSMS 187 Transition stream application?

What does "must meet at time of application" mean for English language requirement? does application mean nomination application or visa application? Do I have to sit for IELTS before lodging 187 nomination? or can I sit for IELTS after lodging the nomination but before lodging the visa application part?

Hi! I am getting some quotes for agent's fee to prepare and lodge an RSMS 187 Transition stream nomination only (not including the visa application part). Some agent's quoted professional fees plus disbursement fees. I am just wondering what are the possible disbursements needed for an RSMS 187 TRT stream nomination and does anyone have an estimate on how much this disbursements will cost total? Will it be more than $500?
