Hi, Yes you will able to fly from India without needing a Visa Label. I know this as one of my friends did fly from there with just an email print. So you can also book your flight and fly , just take the print out of the email (containing Visa Grant details) with you.

HiChristiancarella, I applied on 1st of March for 309 visa and now waiting eagerly for the grant. Feb applicants are getting their visas now, I am just hoping mine will come soon too. I have been checking this forum like ten times a day just to see if any of the March applicants have got their visa ..lol.. Can't wait...

Hi, I am not sure about the difference between both the terms. But I know that you can fly without needing the visa label on your passport if you have got the approval email. You should take the email print out with you confirming the approval. Will u be flying from UK? If so, you can fly without the visa sticker on your passport. If not, it may be worth checking with the airlines you are intending to fly with or Australian High Commission in that country.

well if they asked you about Certificate IV, you have to provide it so that they can assess your qualification accordingly. Not sure how you can get it quick, but might be worth getting your previous qualification (if you have any as they might be equivalent to Level IV) assessed. I am not sure if you have been through assessment (through proper authorities like - VETASSESS or ACS), it might be worth going through that channel. Hope it helps !!

Hi, I have just lodged my Partner Visa Subclass 309 in Australian High Commission London. I am an Indian living in UK from last 4 years, and my current UK visa expires in 2 months. I am wondering what will happen to my application which I have submitted here. Will it still be valid and reviewed? Also, can I apply for Australian Visitor Visa, so that I can go and see my husband soon ? I am really very worried. Can I please get some advise... Thanks
