[/h]No, not if you need these in order to submit an EOI. If you are submitting an EOI for a points based visa, you must have completed an English language test, skills assessment or job ready program (if applicable) before you submit a complete EOI. You do not need to attach documents to your EOI. However, you must enter accurate information in your EOI that matches the information on the supporting documents. Hence you need to take the IELTS and the skills assessment before u can lodge your EOI. By the way, the IELTS results will be valid for 2 years.

I have a question, hope someone in this forum can advise/help. I am 39.x years old now, turning to be 40 in January 2013. I got a positive assessment from Vetassess on 4 September 2012 and submitted my subclass 189 EOI with 60 points on the same day. Out of this 60 points, age contributed 25 (i.e. age 33-39 inclusive) and the rest are qualifications and working experiences. My question - assuming I get my visa invitation in February 2013 (by then I am 40 already) or afterwards, is that I can no longer claim 25 points for age (but only 15 points for age 40-44 inclusive). With such, will I then be no longer eligible for lodging visa application with my 60 points scenario? P.S. I will take IELTS again and hope I can get a 7 to contribute the overall points. Appreciate if you can share your thoughts, thanks!

Am curious - is there any subclass 189 EOI applicants with 60 points received an invitation during the 15 September 2012 round? Can you share when did you submit your EOI? Thanks!
