    If you are applying for State sponsorship then the relevant state sponsorship list is the one that matters alongwith SOL2. This one is SOL1 which is relevant for 175 and FS 176 applicants. I think SOL2 shall be published in a couple of days....

    I beleive this can also serve the purpose. The translation I was referring to is also accepted as it is a notarized translation of the original.

    I can answer the first part of your question. If you live in Karachi, you can get it done from civic center. There are a lot of authorized translators over there outside the civic center building. I think in other cities you can get it done from somwhere near the passport office. There are usually translators available in the vicinity of passport office buildings.

    You can take a look on this thread if you are applying in Cat 4 New Cat 4 July 1st 2011.....PART 3 It contains a spreadsheet on the first page which can give you an indication of the length taken for 175. However each case is different and depends on person to person on how much time their visa may take.
