Intro 

Blackburn is a suburb of Melbourne and is located about 17 km east of Melbourne’s CBD. The City of Whitehorse is Blackburn’s local municipality. Post code is 3130. 

This suburb is considered a family-oriented, quite, decent and safe suburb. It is great for families, professionals, singles and retirees. It is not known for an active night-life. It is a beautiful green and leafy suburb and the council takes very good care of this area. There are great parks and schools nearby.
