sophie1219
I'm not feeling too hopeful. I think only Sujit on here has been allocated a CO in the past week and a half They already sent an invitation to apply to some eoi applicants... Omg, no more hope to grp 5 like us...this is also unfair to grp 4.
Guest doniedsilva
I think no need panic. 1st Set of Invitation are not available before 1st August, then there remains ceiling for New applicants. Even WA SS just posted - their July SS availability places limited by monthly allocation ! DIAC processing capability 1k per week, I think most old allocation will be done already by the time New applicants get Invite (note Ceiling limits many occupation) and 60 days allowed for applicants who receive Invitation to lodge their application. Thru it all DIAC has established better control of the process as a whole. I am sure they have done their homework well this whole week and know their numbers. Cheers! Thank you so much for these reassuring words
Guest doniedsilva
Just read this and checked on the website myself, which confirmed my fears...SkillSelect will get seen ahead of us. I rushed to get our application in before 1st July and now it seems that I should have waited...grrrr! Exactly - just need some sort of logic to confirm applying before Jul 1 made some sense. Hoards of people went through a mad rush to meet the July 1 deadline. I hope my[/our] application(s) does not get buried under the new SS applications. I mean this literally as mine is paper based .... lolz

Guest bubblybabli
Hi all, I have a quick query. My medicals were refered and I had to undergo further tests. I have completed all the required medicals and the panel doctor has also uploaded the results a week back. However, I do not see an update on the application status regarding the same. I still see the status as Medicals Refered. Any advise on what can be done to figure out what's happening ? Thanks. Bubbly

Guest Flex
Perhaps DIAC is first trying to process all the sublass 176 visas and then move on to 175? Can't think of any other reasons why noone's being allocated case officers lately
