If you don't have the original document then the copy you scan needs to be a certified copy of the original.............does that help ?:wacko: Yeah I understand that, but it does say on the DIAC ecom website that my passport, qualifications, IELTS and birth certificate need to be certified copies, see attached thumbnail. Can't comment on IELTS as didn't have to do it but all the others I just COLOUR scanned and uploaded them (even if the original doc is b & w). All showing as met and my CO has not questioned it.
