pluto Posted January 13, 2011 Share Posted January 13, 2011 Hi Kelly I have a list here from when we applied 2010 Where applicable Correct application fee Evidence of age - Birth certificate Evidence that the main applicant meets the English language threshold - UK passport / IELTS Skills assessment from the relevant authority Evidence of recent work experience Evidence of skilled employment in the four years prior to the date of application Evidence of partner skills Evidence of Oz qualifications Evidence of Oz work experience Evidence of Ielts if claiming for extra points Nomination by state Health do not take until requested to do so police checks " " " " " " " Certified copy of BIO pages of passport - coloured scanned copy Certified copies of birth certificates or evidence of age showing both names of parents for all persons in the application If married certified copy of marriage cert & evidence that you are in a genuine & continuing relationship If defacto independent evidence that you have been living in a genuine relationship for at least 12 months If been divorced or separated certified copies of the documents or a statutory declaration If widowed copy of death cert Evidence of any custody arrangements for any children included in the application where one parent is not migrating, including consent from the non migrating parent.
