hi all, I'm trying to download the form 160EH and 26EH for my husband, but when I clicked on the link, it just lead me to a blank page. I waited and nothing happen.

Does anyone face problem in downloading these forms?

Did you sort the forms out in the end? We had the same problem. Our agent told us that DIAC apparently has used 'read only' forms instead of ones you can edit and save for 160EH and 26EH (an oversight it would seem by DIAC). We were advised to print them off and fill them in by hand, which we did.

But when we went to the medical I queried this, so the admin lady typed in our TRN number into the e-med system. Once she found our file she said panel doctor staff would type up the forms for us so they could be sent digitally to Sydney. If your panel doctor offers e-meds Kuching maybe they could do the same...:v_SPIN:

Yes we also had problems getting one set of the forms - eventually we got them to download.

The difference was that these forms had our names etc already input onto the form.

HI vICKYMEL,

i get a little scared when they ask for some documents like this, i think they have a doubt or something or something else, let's see. everything is straight forward for me but still little freaking.

i have called for all the doc's let see when it arrives from india to uae and when i will submit it.

When things were running quickly for SS applicants we saw quite a few people waiting for internal or external checks - it was very common - don't worry we never saw anyone refused - it was just a pain having to wait for them.

ahhhhh when will i stop feeling jealous of your movement guys.. congrats

Hahahaaaaaaaaaaaaaa ...... Dont be jealous. BTW, I have the same feeling!

You guys will be with us soon - hang on in there

Hi GKhan,

you have the same scenario like me, even i was allocated a case officer on the 25/11/2010. and he has asked same documents like your's ,

Please provide further evidence of employment in a skilled profession for a total of at least 12 months over the last 24 months (prior to your lodgement date of xx July 2010). The evidence you provide must cover the entire period.

a) Pay slips covering the period of claimed work experience, for your employment with my Employer (XXXXXXXXXX)

b) Bank statements showing payment of salaries into personal bank accounts

c) Taxation Documents

they have also asked me for form 80 and form 1221 for me and my wife as well and a passport size photograph again foe myself cause the photo i submitted is not satisfactory .

i have submitted everything before as well with my application lodgement.

but now i am rying to collect all the document and resend it again through my agent, let see what is their reply after this. there shouldn't be any problem with regards to employment or specific work experience. but let see.

macklon

We don’t have any formal Pay slips but it’s available on HR system from where I can print it and it can be cross check with the bank statement.

Is it acceptably by CO or they are looking for something formal signed and stamp by HR department.

Thank you p1ug. I have also emailed our CO, not yet received his reply.

And, I have also downloaded form 26 and 160 :cute: .. But, since we had rescheduled our medical check to Wednesday so would also wait for the CO reply.

Hi - we had exactly same issue. I emailed CO and they sent over the 160 and 26 (without the EH) as email attachments-the same ones you can just get from the DIAC website. I had been worried about using those as the DIAC website says that they could delay your application; but if the CO sent them, what can you do? I asked about it at our meds on Friday, and they said that they haven't had anyone come through via the e-health route for some time, which they were quite cross about because they had invested a lot of money in specialist equipment, which meant they could send digital x-ray images etc, and at the moment it's all redundant.

So I wouldn't worry!

Hi, thank you :)

We haven't sort out the problem yet.

Currently, with the TRN number, the panel doctor could only retrieve my file but not hubby's.

I have emailed CO but not yet receive his reply. We rescheduled our medical check to wednesday and hopefully by then I could get a reply from CO.

Hi

You can print those payslips and cross check them with your Bank Statement. However, there should be some indication that it is from your Company. My CO also requested for these details and I informed her that I did not keep any payslips but could get the details from HR. I have forwarded them to her alongwith the Bank statement and am awaiting her revert since it is the weekend.

On the page that showed the error there was also an email address to contact the health people if there was a problem downloading the file.

try this one

It’s better to download these forms form your online status page (if applied online) as some of your details are already printed on these forms.

I've no idea sherin,

I just know that if i say i will be able to move in before the date i will be granted the visa. They might have contacted my previous employer. One month is a very short period for a person like me who has gone to airport only to pick people :)

I hav my classmate in NT. I will take his help.

Only relief is that im single.

Its a quick leap and only you can decide.

Maybe look at the flight prices and compare this to the flight prices later in 2011. It is the xmas period and they may be high?

If you are fit and healthy and are sure there will be no medical problems it may work out cheaper to redo the medicals and fly at a time that siuts you?

PS I'm very jealous great offer.

Great News !!!

If I was you, I would just rush to Australia and validate my visa rather than redo my Meds :cute: but that is only for me :biglaugh: I know you are caught between the devil and the deep blue sea but hopefully, you are able to decide as early so that you get your visa soon.

Good luck !!!
