Guest dillyboy
Spoke to DIAC today as well.... Apparently my new docs are still not recived after 5 weeks. To see my lawayer hasn't forwarded the new docs for 5 weeks. I found out only today. I had words with my lawyer & he said he will forward it today sometime. I have paid this Adelaide based lawayer soooooo much money to handle my file & he hasn't done a thing. If I didn't ring the DIAC once a week I still wouldn't have known this. Wonder how many weeks more it will take. Any idea Anyone ? After we e-mail the new docs to DIAC, how long do they take to push our file to Cat 4 ?? Guest IoanHoria
@asjad : You should send a PLE (Post lodgement enquiry) via your online application status page...ask them in what category you are now and make sure to highlight that you are on SMP list... My statements are based on my brother's timeline: he logded 176 on 21 may, on 27 got CO, on 12 july grant notice letter...

Guest tipt
Congrats. Have you completed your medicals? Do you have to do them when the case officer asks or you can do it before that as well? I have a booking number for medical check but haven't had one. The CO hasn't asked for that either. If you applied for 885 onshore, Medibank won't let you do the health check until you have been asked to do so by the CO. That what they have confirmed to me when I make the booking. I got a CO assigned on 22/07 as well who requested PCCs. Didn't ask for medicals. So I guess I'll wait for 'em till I'm asked. Any idea on how far we are from a grant?

Guest Lori2011
i wonder what date are they processing now for Cat4..... I have been checking on this site: http://beupdate.co.uk/visagrants.php and there are co allocations for applicants from december 2010 and even a grant for a 175 application from India made on may 2011!! maybe it was a typo and is meant to be 2010, who knows?!! however, I think they are processing up to december 2010, just my guess
Guest VXM665
It is possible that processing might have reached to 2011 for low risk countries but very far for high risk countries. The date DIAC updates fortnightly is for combined of HR and LR so the currently it shows 10 Aug.
