Welshtone Posted March 1, 2010 Share Posted March 1, 2010 You can apply for a free on-shore ENS visa - your main problem is the 3 year experience requirement OR have exceptional circumstances. Exceptional circumstances could be that your nominated occupation is on the CSL but you would not have been formally recognised by ACS in such a specialisation. Hi. Which area of Australia are you working and living in? If it was a regional area then you could apply for the RSMS 119/857 visa which gives PR immediately and does not have the work requirements that the 121/856 visa does.
