485 granted, want to apply for ENS visa

hi, i have already granted a 485 in august and already applied 885 visa as well. i am just wondering can i apply ENS visa coz i m a systems administrator working full time from 2yrs and my company is ready to sponsor me. the Question is am i eligible.

pl see the Australian govt immigration link 1. Employer Nomination Scheme (Subclass 121/856)

then booklet 5 is for ENS visa details following link will provide booklet 5 u can download the book and go through this 2. http://www.immi.gov.au/allforms/booklets/1131.pdf

if you went through 1, 2 you will be master in ENS visa knowledge.

You can apply for a free on-shore ENS visa - your main problem is the 3 year experience requirement OR have exceptional circumstances. Exceptional circumstances could be that your nominated occupation is on the CSL but you would not have been formally recognised by ACS in such a specialisation. DIAC may accept an argument for "Exceptional" if you did have 12 months experience in one of the CSL specialisations.

Hi. Which area of Australia are you working and living in? If it was a regional area then you could apply for the RSMS 119/857 visa which gives PR immediately and does not have the work requirements that the 121/856 visa does.
