Manager MODL: Yes I am using ASA immigration agents. Sent my RP and skills application in, receceived by the ACS on 22nd dec. Still waiting for a response. Was on hold for nearly 15 mins, hubby was in the background going 'don't put the phone down, keep waiting!!' Eventually spoke to a very nice man who told me that yes they want A LOT more info from us!!! Cos my hubby is self employed basically they want loadsa financial docs and taxation blah blah blah which we were never asked for when we sent the bloody application but now they want it!! So pleased (we) all csl will be allocated by end of May woohoo... then hopefully everyone on the MODL wont have to wait too long either.... They have just started on 175 csl and have announced that all 175 csl will be allocated a co by end of May 2009. Then they should start on 175 modl at the beginning of June 2009. For updates on processing times just send a blank email to aspc. The email address is on the website.
