Since January and new rules and priorities being but in place, nobody has any idea of a time line for the issue of the 175 and it seems to be a very frequently asked question. So thought if we all put are details on one thread it will give some indication to others and hope for the rest of us. And we will all be able to see how the 175 is moving. If you receive a case officer or have visa granted< please update as then we can all see what is happening. Ok this is what we have up to now. Guest Tam-and-Andi Posted March 2, 2009 Share Posted March 2, 2009 Hi, We applied for 175 skilled visa 18th September 2008 OH Carpenter on CSL and MODL and has job offer(not sure if this makes a difference sorry) Front loaded meds and PC's end of December 2008. No word of a CO 27th February 2009 Visa Granted (Got the phone call at 4.30am from our agent Cheryl Bird, was very shocked!!!) Hope this helps gives hope to some of you waiting that they must be dealing with the 175 CSL visa's. Take care and hope you all hear something soon. I am quite shocked as I thought they were still on about processing applications pre sept 2007 until march 20th! Hopefully they have got their finger out then and have realised they need to start getting visas sorted for us poor buggers who have already been waiting for 7/8 months+!!
