Mr KP worked on a roof yesterday in 42.3 heat, and boy did they work, started the roof and nearly finished it, all that's left is the ridges.

Will try and put some pics on later.

41C in Melbourne - for those of you in UK, go to the oven, open the door, , turn it on to 200C (whatever that is in fahrenheit) and then turn the fan on, then stand in front of it for a short time - that is what the hot north wind felt like at midday today when I came out of cinema. Possibly 43C tomorrow - - it's all your fault Adelaide - we get your weather. Please keep it!!!!!!!

And here was i choosing adelaide for the "med type" climate! think it will be two months off in the summer,im not setting brick in that!!!!!you need a deckhand for a cpl months tyke:biglaugh:

It's a stinker - and forecast for the next few days.

I think Health & Safety do have regs regarding high temps - knockoff at around 37c.

It would be stupid to even try laying bricks in this, the mortar would set before you laid the brick!

As for deck hand........ It's too hot to go out believe it or not - well my "crew" thinks so.I'm itching to go out but it is sweaty getting the boat in and out at the launch ramps.:twitcy:

Not as much as I was getting earlier !

It was really funny to read- a bunch of bored and hot Aussie blokes having a laugh.

I did learn a few things actually.

So its hot over in australia , but its not here in Norfolk, England.I would love to be over there with you. Not much fun being here, its cold and rainy and more to come. The summer will probably be the same.
