Hi. after 2018 as far as I know the benchmark is getting easier as the company just need to pay some money for applicant but before 2018 for benchmark it was amount equivalent to 1% of gross payroll towards a training fund, so for me they wanted that we prove actually we spent that money for training. simar27
i just called homeaffairs they said after winning AAT your file consider as a new case file so the 17-35 months processing time will apply on applications after winning AAT and there is nothing we can do about it if they require any other information they will contact us.

Waiting for Immi decision. 2 years working after visa granted. Long journey.

Is this a new thing? I am pretty sure they used to have around 30 days to finalise your case after being remitted back to them.

AAT website says , if there is a delay in implementing decision of AAT , You can contact AAT member who were there for your hearing , they can explain why there is a delay or contact commonwealth ombudsman... immigration department is supposed to finalise it without delay ....did anyone tried these options after winning AAT

I I think the delay is caused by COVID because you can see until January 2020 some of our members got 187 direct entry PR with in 2-3 months after winning AAT , you can check old post , just want to give hope to everyone who are waiting for their PR after winning AAT. Like I said before the agent have sent email, complain, calls but nothing going to happen. This visa 187 doesn’t matter anymore, they are not priority to Australia, it doesn’t exist, so the priority now it’s the list that have came up last year. The CO said to my agent that 187 come after many visas up front. Anyway I have hope but also I start to believe like our friend above said between 17 and 35 months to be grant after winning AAT Edited January 23, 2021 by Leticia
