Yes I’m waiting since April/20. We won on 23 of April 2020. AAT sent back to Immi, after a week our nomination was approved. 2 weeks ago they ask for medical as we have already send Polices last year. So we did medical last week and still waiting. it’s been a year since won AAT. Very sad

I’m sorry to hear.... our case opened after 26 months.

I’m very positive but very realistic too. Like I said before the agent have sent email, complain, calls but nothing going to happen. This visa 187 doesn’t matter anymore, they are not priority to Australia, it doesn’t exist, so the priority now it’s the list that have came up last year. The CO said to my agent that 187 come after many visas up front. Anyway I have hope but also I start to believe like our friend above said between 17 and 35 months to be grant after winning AAT

My husband have called AAT after winning the case, because the delay at Immi it’s too much, so they say once you won that’s sit... the case go back to Immi and AAT it’s nothing to do with that

Must be 186 case not 187. 187 it’s stopped long time ago. I don’t know anyone here or there that waited few weeks after winning case

Mila it’s not. Myself and some other people here in this group are waiting 7/8 months. and like I said before, I got a friend who waited after winning AAT 1 year and half. So it’s a long journey. If you are waiting to be call at AAT be aware that after that is so much more time

That’s crazy even more time than actually application initially. OMG it’s never going to end
