Do you need to be onshore to be invited to a ceremony? I know you have to be onshore to be approved but wondering if this is the case for the ceremony as well. I have been approved in Feb 2020, and overseas now. I don’t know if there has been any changes to the online ceremony since then. I would call them up and let them know your situation, they were very helpful and organised the virtual ceremony a week after I had called them. Good luck!
