Roon956
Hi there, I have followed this form for about a year now. I am just wondering does anyone have any experience with applying for a partner visa on shore while on a BVA? My previous migration has done a dispersing act and personalty fled the country with my money and quite a lot of other peoples. My current visa application has now been rejected which mean schedule 3 applies to me, I am married to an Australian citizen (I know this does not waive schedule 3) Any advice on past experiences would be great Thanks! :)
Toots
Always use a MARA agent (The Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority).

What visa did you apply for to get onto the BVA? Why was it rejected? Are you sure you are still on a BVA?
wrussell
If you go to my website: pinoyau.com and use the contact form I shall have a look at your case, if you wish.
Bern
Probably should not have lodged while onshore as the Department is VERY strict on waiving Sch3. Depending on your situation you may be able to apply for offshore partner now or in 12 months time, depending on what your residency lawfulness is at the moment. You can contact me if you wish Kind regards Bernadette Burns MARN 0744805 info@avcons.com.au www@avcons.com.au bern.burns@yahoo.com.au
