I am was just looking to see if anyone out there had anything to comment

Hi there, I have followed this form for about a year now. I am just wondering does anyone have any experience with applying for a partner visa on shore while on a BVA? My previous migration has done a dispersing act and personalty fled the country with my money and quite a lot of other peoples. My current visa application has now been rejected which mean schedule 3 applies to me, I am married to an Australian citizen (I know this does not waive schedule 3) Any advice on past experiences would be great Thanks! :)
