I was also employed full time 10 months with same employer prior to the grant of my visa. But I'm in a sticky situation now since we have a new head chef and he is extremely difficult to work with. Manu Posted November 10, 2020 Share Posted November 10, 2020 I received an email from immigration about adverse information on friday.so been.given 14 days to reply.business already been sold to different owner. 99.9 % this wont be approved.Ā ThereforeĀ i am planning to withdraw my application.Ā But these idiot still try to take money from me,send me s56,medical ask,afp asked,wife english asked,immi change received to initial assessment.Ā They also mention they can see i working for the other business as i just lodge 482 visa onto new business.Ā Just wanted to share this ,to let you guys know they are still processing hospitality sector. I got my grant yesterday. finally i got my PR after 9 months of approval nomination. stay positive guys, everyone gets their PR soon. but i strongly recommended to push your MA to follow up with immigration regarding your application. me and my other 3 friends got very next day their Grant after sent email to Immigration. so dont loose your hope and happy times come for everyone. i will pray for everyone. good luck.
