Hello guys,

i have a question: do we need to be a full time employee to apply or grant 187?

iā€™m holding 187 for 11 months and just found out iā€™m casual for the whole time.

Nothing matters after approval. EnjoyĀ

No, you are incorrect.Ā  Your employer is trying to CLAIM you were casual, but you signed a permanent, full-time contract and your employer cannot change that without giving you official written notice. So you have been permanent full-time for the last 11 months.Ā

I called DOHA and they said thereā€™s no condition about employment status after 187 granted. So, either casual, part time or full time is fine.Ā

Nope if u are employed by same company for say more than three months they have to put u on full time subject you working casual full time. That's rule from trade Unions.
