Same thing happen to me, business paid the fees then they pick in other things until i withdraw my file.

I received an email from immigration about adverse information on friday.so been.given 14 days to reply.business already been sold to different owner. 99.9 % this wont be approved. Therefore i am planning to withdraw my application. But these idiot still try to take money from me,send me s56,medical ask,afp asked,wife english asked,immi change received to initial assessment. They also mention they can see i working for the other business as i just lodge 482 visa onto new business. Just wanted to share this ,to let you guys know they are still processing hospitality sector. Occupation:cook Nomination lodge: May 2017 Visa lodge : Oct 2017

Mine was opened jan 2019,border force came to check and interview me aug 2019,then nothing. Themselves know what they are doing .

Thanks I spoke to the two officers,i ask them is it a good sign.They said to me,it is a good sign to see you here in the restaurant working.i was in the kitchen at the time they came but the only issue is that someone introduced me as a head chef which they mentioned in their recording interviews. FINGERS CROSS,EVERYTHING GOES WELL .

Do i need to withdraw both nomination and visa files or i can still keep the nomination file? Thanks for helping mate.so stressful .second times am having issue with my nomination

They could have refused it straight away instead of asking for evidence. Been working there 4 years now.

Hello Guys,in january i got a letter from a co about adverse information. It was about the business changes abn without me knowing it.therefore i lodged my application from an cancel abn.my boss provided a legal about why it happened. Wondering if someone can help with their ideas.already been 4 months since we provided an answer to it within the 28 days timeframe.stiill nothing till now,what should i do now?
