Due to COVID-19, Australia is not accepting visit visa and also we have to be outside of the Australia or in our country to get visa. If they opened file and asked for documents then maybe they can give good news soon.

I had also applied on June 2020,and they asked for police clearance , biometric and medical on December so I submitted all documents on December 20 . But still there is no any news . Sick of waiting I can't stay any longer from my husband

Depends on your luck and Also due to COVID 19 and lockdown only few people could apply and everyone doesn't apply this 309 visa , file can open within a year or less than 10 months

I had also applied 309 visa on June, 2020 . On 1st December they asked for police clearance, medical and biometrics. I submitted all documents on December 14.
