I thought this one will only be required for those who applied 186 after 15/12/2015. Hi deejay777, immi instructs to submit form80 alongwith the application regardless of the date applied, i think. Could you give light on the info that form80 is required only for those who applied after 15/12/2015? This declaration has been required for all 186 and 187 applicants since 14 December 2015. This what i was told too.
