Hi Guys can someone please tell what sort of documents required after the nomination approval( still waiting for approval). I am just trying to be on safe side that i had provide all the important documents to MA. I know its bit silly but guys i am tripping now because of the waiting Game. Thanks in advance.

Yes he got his visa but his employer had to explain what was the reason for paying him less then the contract amount. As far i remember there was a bit of paperwork and lots of explanation from employer side.

Hi @Arani85 i am not sure abt 8k i will suggest you to speak to your MA. i am sure abt 3k because my mate was in same situation but his salary gap was only $2900.

Hi mate there is a way if the gap is under 3k it can be covered but it need to contact the good MA.

Hi I know that there is no minimum or maximum salary. It has to meet the Australian standard but in my case when i applied my visa at that time the minimum or i will say according to the standard my employment contract was on $51400.00

It's all depend when you applied your 457 visa . If you applied before 1st july 2013 at that time the minimum salary was $51400.00

Hi could you please explain bit more what do you mean by industry standard?? Because if your applied your 457 visa before 1st july 2013 then you salary contract should be $51400.00 and its all they have to pay.
