SABASAI Posted April 3, 2017 Share Posted April 3, 2017 I applied on May 21 last year and still on 'Received' status. Today I sent a letter to IMMI to try and speed up the process. I reckon they do prioritize the applications and deal first with he high demanded professions. It is frustrating that they don't meet their own timelines stated on their site. However, if I continue to work for my current employer, and at the same time I establish a company with myself as sole shareholder and director. I am not working in the company and it is managed by others. Would it consider to be breached of Condition 8107?? It would be best to contact and remind your case officer that u have submitted all the requested documents..If you hired an agent then it should be done by him...N I m pretty sure it will work out. My friend who has recently found a job from one of the biggest Japanese general trading companies in Sydney got his 457 visa approved within just 5 days... I lodged visa application 2 months after nomination, now nomination has been fanalised, but visa still recieved, no document requested. It's really very tough time my friend he applied after me in june 2016 he got his PR but mine is still nothing. I don't understand how the immigration works!!!
