Everything same just director changed 8 -9 months before lodgement of my file and all my papers signed by old director not new one so immi just go deeply after that and did so much enquiry and they didn't satisfied after that

They banned my employer for 3 years because he changed director but he didn't notify to immi and some accountant issue as well

I applied in jan 2018 Victoria DE 14 months and i also lodged 489 nsw as well 8 months now

Before i applied for trt 186 in nov 2015 and after nearly 3 years immi refused nomination and i withdraw my file and lodge another DE file from another employer but it's 14months now still no response

Hi , immi dept came our Resturent in 15 dec 2015 . Someone did complain against me . After 6 month they reject my nomination . Even I was there , I have interviewed with them . Whatever they ask I reply with very confident and they interview with my Cheff as well . I gave all prof but they reject my file . I was on briging visa that , I have no option except MRT . I apply MRT then not heard from them. But in the meanwhile again we laughed new nomination and see what happened that approved after 7 month . Then I apply visa offshore and now I am waiting for visa . Immi objection was . They we are not satisfied that you are working on ur position. I prove that . I got skill assessment and all council record , My sign on council health safety assignment, the lady who is coming to our Resturent I gave her visiting card all references letter from everyone, my Resturent neighbors. Account letter , customer feedback, more than 200 references letter , working photos , my colleagues statutory declarations any employer letter and declarations . Etc . Lots of thing I gave them . Second nomination they approved but I am in PR line 2.5 years . Just share my story with everyone, pray and relax . Nothing we can do much . Thanks
