Hello everyone, can anyone help me , how much immi take time after initial assessment . After 13 month of visa file , case officer ask 2 document only . One my passport size photo and one iditification certified copy . More than week gone , after that nothing heard . Pls tell if someone have same experience . Thanks

Hi boboz , pls dnt do this mistake, they will definitely need , it's requirement at ens time . It's already happened they refuse the file . They said you not provide all requirements, even some case they not give chance to submit

Hi ropar .. I apply nomination in June lsat year and got approved in 8 feb 2017 . Then I apply visa application only on 7 may 2017 ... from that date , no news yet .. TRT stream

Hi , eli87... I have exp like you . I am also cook full time . My Cheff interview they did , few answer not same . Unbelievable document I submitted . Sorry to say but they refuse my ens and again I apply new applications which is now approved

Hi guys . Those who are currently on 457 visa and their file are PR in line . Pls highly request extend ur 457 visa . Apply ur visa while you are hold 457 visa . Before on bridging visa . Pls guys . I did this mistake not extend my visa and more than 2.5 years I am in PR line . Still not get anything . When you get ur bridging visa . You are in section 48 . Pls extend ur visa , thanks

Hi , immi dept came our Resturent in 15 dec 2015 . Someone did complain against me . After 6 month they reject my nomination . Even I was there , I have interviewed with them . Whatever they ask I reply with very confident and they interview with my Cheff as well . I gave all prof but they reject my file . I was on briging visa that , I have no option except MRT . I apply MRT then not heard from them. But in the meanwhile again we laughed new nomination and see what happened that approved after 7 month . Then I apply visa offshore and now I am waiting for visa . Immi objection was . They we are not satisfied that you are working on ur position. I prove that . I got skill assessment and all council record , My sign on council health safety assignment, the lady who is coming to our Resturent I gave her visiting card all references letter from everyone, my Resturent neighbors. Account letter , customer feedback, more than 200 references letter , working photos , my colleagues statutory declarations any employer letter and declarations . Etc . Lots of thing I gave them . Second nomination they approved but I am in PR line 2.5 years . Just share my story with everyone, pray and relax . Nothing we can do much . Thanks

Hi guys. I am also unlucky person . More than two years in PR line . Still not get anything. First nomination apply , reject after one year . Again apply , got approved after 7 month , then apply visa file only now 4 month gone , still no good news . I thought I am very unlucky, more than two years , always awake up to hear good news .
