Not sure. Some people here got visa straight away after they provided the requested document. Some took 2, 3 weeks. Some 2 or 3 months. It is very random and I think depending on your team. 4 weeks is only the timeline you must provide the document.

CO put the date on file when to review it back.

It's all depend on what kind of docs requested and how quickly we respond to them.

  • If there are Australian citizens or Australian permanent residents performing equivalent work in the nominator’s workplace at the same location:

    • appropriate references to industrial award

    • copies of relevant employment contracts, payslips or PAYG certificates

Hi Any one know how long CO take a time after allocation becZ I had allocated yesterday .

any one know how it's work?

It works like this:

Case officer goes through your documents.

It takes time.

Case officer verifies your documents by investigations.

It takes time.

Once they are happy enough to make a decision, they make one.

It takes time.

How much time this all takes?

I'll explain it with a puzzle. Imagine there are three ants. They are all random ants.

There are 10 sugar cubes around them. Carry home or eat it right there, is their main dilemma. If they carry the cubes home how much time will it take them?
