They are allocating visa files for mid June. So yours as per time frame can be end of this year or in Jan 2016. For Medical check with MA if recommended to do again then do it. Don't worry about money, go for PCC too after expiry. Because if CO ask u these things might be you have to wait more it's worth then spending money again. Good luck
