Bajwa Posted July 10, 2015 Share Posted July 10, 2015 They ask for Australian police clearance and give 28 days time we applied and mine comes in one week but my partner's police clearance take ages and my MA request for extra time from immigration and when ever we call afp they says we are going very busy so that's why it's take long time now it's more then one month I have submitted our police clearance and haven't hear anything from immigration and I ask my MA she said now immigration is monitoring random business so until they finlised their monitoring they will not give any reply.really pissed off Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Probably useless but thought I'd do all I can. Timeline: All medicals done Feb 2015 Nomination lodged 10 March 2015 Nomination approved 5 June 2015 Visa lodged 10 June 2015 Pro actively provided form 80 10 July 2015 Hoping for an answer in September maybe? Both of our AFP clearance got expired after we submitted the application and during the processing time.
