ya .I am expecting that immi may start oct application from 26th Jan. Last month on 18th Dec,they have started looking after sept applications.

 

 

 

Hi NKM I guess they would start Oct application after 2 or 3 weeks. As you can see Sept applicants are too much. Only one applicant got a grant letter this week.

I applied the last day of Sep, no CO, no news yet, if my applications is finalised and then you would know that they will start working on applications those were lodged in Oct.

It's so frustrating when you see people getting their grants so much quicker than yours.

 

My nomination was granted about 3 weeks after extra documents were submitted so yours should be really soon. The timing is bad because of the Christmas break and also the new system of processing files that are awaiting extra documents.

 

I was originally informed that once extra documents were submitted for my visa my case officer would grant straight away only for the system to change and I now have to wait for another case officer to be allocated to look at my file again.

Yeah,

My MA gave me the same assurance, then had heard about the 28 days time-period before the the CO looks back again.... but even that has passed.... so don't really know what's happening. It really bad timing, it seems I need to be more patient.

Yes I am awaiting for the Nomination to get approved before I lodge my Visa Application. I wanted to play safe and had not expected it to take this long. Now I feel I would have been better had I applied for visa along with the nomination.

Anyways what is done is done, just cant go back in time.......

Let hope for the best.
