lilywhite
Can anyone tell me do non-migrating dependants over 16 have to complete a Form 80? My partners daughter turned 16 in December so its seems like we need to do a lot more paperwork for her!
JAYZO
Hi, we received the dreaded news - our nomination had been refused! Immigration requested more info, our agent never received this request, they went to review it, saw the information had not been supplied, Refused on these grounds. Our agent is in contact with the manager & requesting the decision be overturned, she is hopeful but can't be sure they will... Stressed out to to the max doesn't come close to what we are going through right now. Congratulations to everyone who has had there PR granted. Carterinoz
Jayzo, did it show up on your immi account as additional info requested? I applied two weeks after you and have heard nothing and so I am stressed as well! Is there anyway you can check if extra info has been asked for? JAYZO
There is a date of 17.12.2014 where it says 'no documents' - Requested? Mentioned this to our agent & this was additional info for the visa? We have had no contact, it's all been done by our agent. She is saying the additional info they wanted was for the visa, never received email requesting anything for the nomination part. Just hope it works it self out & the decision is overturned, yet at the end of the day, it is us that suffer!

YouAreBeautiful
There we go with one more week. Great week for some of us, not so good for others. However, I'm sure that in the end, everyone will get there, and everything is going to be alright... Enjoy the weekend people, try to relax and not to worry much about this. Everyone's visa will come at the right time.
Thomasowen
With IMMI having allocated some of the skilled migration visa's up to 31 October 2014, is the ENS 186 included in this? http://www.immi.gov.au/Work/Pages/general-skilled-migration/estimated-allocation-times.aspx I guess that even if they may have allocated they'll be down the bottom of the to do list
