rosey
We've been getting paperwork together for our EN 186 application for almost a year now. At first we were aiming for making a 189 application however delays with the skills assessment meant we passed the two year mark of working with our sponsor so decided to change to making a 186 application. We did medicals for my partner and I and his two non-dependent children who live in Portugal, but I didn't do the chest xray as I was pregnant at the time. Our daughter was born in July and we have gotten her passport and added her to our 457 so we're now finally at a point where submission of our 186 application is near. Our problem is that we're not sure how to go about getting a HAP ID for her so she can do a medical. The application on our Immi account that we got our HAP IDs through has already been submitted and I cannot see anywhere that this can be edited. Do we create a new Immi account just for her? Or just create a new application under our current immi account and include my husband as the primary applicant? If we did that would he then have to redo his medical? Apologies for all the questions, haven't been able to find any information online relevant to our situation.

Hassan Khan
Hello everyone, I have lodged my nomination on 22 July 2014 and did not hear anything yet. I rang immigration department today, they told me my application is not even qued. I asked them which month's application are being processed; they said it does not go like this, applications are processed on first come first serve basis. Waiting for someone/something is always painful. [emoji12] Good Luck everyone.

Belle14
Hi all immi have asked for more info from my employer, job description, now i was promoted a year ago will this effect us ? Im so worried Hi Steve! My husband (primary applicant ) was promoted too, but the employer said that they wont change his position in the records only the salary because it has to show 2 years at the time of application and I think 2 more years after you get PR. But its better to discuss this with your employer or MA.

So if your daughter is now on the 457 and you include your whole family when you lodge your 186 application, you should get HAP IDs for all of you (or a single HAP ID for you all - I'm not sure how it works for applications with dependants). Hi Maggie and Rosey, we got HapId for each family member, we got it 2 days after we received the ENS 186 application acknowledgement, and my MA missed 1 for my son and we got it the next day. (Dont know how she got them) Edited November 7, 2014 by Belle14

Belle14
@isabella, 21/10/2014: CO required additional doc, but MA has not uploaded yet/......sigh~~~ Why my case is too slow? I think immi had been flooded with so many applications starting May coz most people might have gotten scared that rules might change again. We are approaching mid of Nov yet still very few had been granted. Based on some friend's experiences whod been approved early this year, when CO asked for more doc, they got it the same day they submitted that doc. But now I observed from few posts that u have to wait again for few weeks.
