186 Direct entry questions - Work Experience, Payslips, Market Salary

Hi,

I am applying for 186 Direct Entry.

I have worked for the same employer for over 3 years but they only sponsored me on a 457 6 months ago.

They will nominate me now for 186 Direct entry.

What documents did you have to provide to justify for the 3 years work experience.

Is employment contract / Statement letter saying that I have worked for my employer for 3 years enough?

Is it an issue not to provide any Payslips/ Payment summaries?

What other documents have you provided for work experience?

Thank you

Hi,

I will soon apply for 186 direct entry.

I have been with the same employer for 3 years & 8 months so far (Marketing Specialist).

My salary has increased in 3 years from 55000 to over 75000 but during this time I have always worked as a Marketing Specialist.

Is this going to be an issue? will the CO look at my salary for the past 3 years or only current salary?

Has anyone been in a similar situation and had their PR approved?

Thanks

Thank you for your reply Westly, can you explain why this is an issue?

Employment certifications/dutystatements are sometimes not taken as conclusive evidence that employment claims are genuine. In jurisdictions where personal taxation returns are not required, other evidence is often called for.
