LilyRoma
Hi, I am applying for 186 Direct Entry. I have worked for the same employer for over 3 years but they only sponsored me on a 457 6 months ago. They will nominate me now for 186 Direct entry. What documents did you have to provide to justify for the 3 years work experience. Is employment contract / Statement letter saying that I have worked for my employer for 3 years enough? Is it an issue not to provide any Payslips/ Payment summaries? What other documents have you provided for work experience? Thank you
LilyRoma
Hi, I will soon apply for 186 direct entry. I have been with the same employer for 3 years & 8 months so far (Marketing Specialist). My salary has increased in 3 years from 55000 to over 75000 but during this time I have always worked as a Marketing Specialist. Is this going to be an issue? will the CO look at my salary for the past 3 years or only current salary? Has anyone been in a similar situation and had their PR approved? Thanks
LilyRoma
Hi, Do I need to attach Payslips for the 186 direct entry application to justify 3 years work experience or not necessarily? Thank you
Bungo
You need to attach something that proves it, perhaps a P60 is better than payslips.

LilyRoma
What about a letter from the employer + employment contract mentioning my yearly salary? is that enough?
Bungo
Thank you! What is a P60? Sorry I assumed you are British but obviously not. It is the full year statement of employment income and tax.
MaggieMay24
You'd need evidence, so a letter from the employer is good, but you'll need to attach pay slips, your payment summary or other tax slips.

Que Sera Sera
Sounds like judging by the amount of questions you have it might be wise to talk to an agent.

wrussell
Thank you for your reply Westly, can you explain why this is an issue? Employment certifications/dutystatements are sometimes not taken as conclusive evidence that employment claims are genuine. In jurisdictions where personal taxation returns are not required, other evidence is often called for.
