adamg
Hi there I may be looking to come to Brisbane from the UK for approx. one month from 1 to 30 November 2014 and I'm thinking about a short-term let of a 1 bedroom apartment/studio flat. Ideally close to CBD or within reasonable cycling distance although happy to be flexible (ish)! Does anyone know the best way to go about it? fish.01
Some very budget options here if it suits: http://www.newmarketgardens.com.au/accommodation Within easy cycling distance all cycle paths or back streets. Let me know if you would like the cycling route.
ramot
The G 20 is on in Brisbane, accommodation might be scarce and expensive. felix apartments are very central. Google apartments Brisbane, should give lots of choice.
srg73
Have a look at airbnb web site, pick up a place near a train line and you will be fine. Trains are very cheap and quickly return your faith in public transport and how it should be run.

foo
We stayed at the Powerhouse Apartments. They're nothing special, but suited our short term needs and they were available from one day up to 3 months for short term agreements. Based in New Farm with good access to ferry and bus links. Valerie and Maria are the property managers. Both were very helpful with advice and local knowledge.

tina0101
http://www.stayz.com Just watch if you are booking in the CBD - because of the G20 you may find access is restricted
stradbroke flyer
Check out Cleveland Cottage on booking.com - great spot, not close to CBD, but just outside Cleveland.
