lebourvellec
She was a dependent child when included on your application but when visa was granted she holds PR in her own right. She he needs to sponsor for Partner visa 301/100.
blossom
What I was saying is that SHE was on the child visa. She has a visa. It's HIM who is applying for a partner visa. If he wasn't on a child visa it wouldn't count anyway. So he will have to pay.
MaggieMay24
He's applying for the visa and he doesn't currently hold a dependent child visa so no it's not free. He needs to pay the full application fee.
Quinkla
A 445 visa is a temporary visa for a child who is dependent on a parent who holds a temporary partner visa. It is very specific and it is unlikely that your daughter would be on a 445 if you are on a permanent visa. If she is on a 445 then she would not be eligible to sponsor anyone for a partner visa. On edit - I should add that if your daughter was on a 445 and did not apply for a permanent visa before your own visa became permanent and is still in Australia then she is unlawfully in Australia and in some difficulty. Immediate consultation with a migration agent would be sensible.
