It's literally an exploitation of little-known candidates by the agents.. Hi All, I don't have anyone abroad who can pay 189 visa fee (AUD 6160). I heard Mercantile Bank Motijheel Head Office Branch or Principal branch can arrange it..you can try over there...or you can seek online payment company.
