I got negative assessment for being my tasks are not highly relevant with the occupation applied for; Financial Investment Adviser (222311). My manager intentionally did gave them an opinion which knocked me off Just applied for a review of that decision! anyone did this before? Do they turn their decision??

They said the tasks undertaken by me were not closely related to the occupation applied for but the education is highly relevant!

My occupation 222311 is only on the csol but not available in any of the state nominated occupation list! So is there any way out for me? Help !!

Try asking them for a fax copy. Though i have asked them at least 6 times over the last seven days! They did not replied once!! Feeling helpless!! On top of that my occupation 222311 was only available in ACT has now been listed as "closed" according to the new list!!

Did you finally asked for that scanned copy to vetassess? And did they responded? Because i am in the same situation as you. Been waiting 5 days for that hard copy. And they didnt even tell me if its positive or not in the email.

Tweety, did you got your results? In the website my status says completed! But when i mailed vetassess they said they will not disclose the results over mail. I have to wait for the post. Its been 5days but nothing received. I have asked for a scanned copy but no replies!! Irritating!

I just found out today that none of the states have the skilled occupation (222133-FINANCIAL INVESTMENT ADVISER) on their state nominated occupation list. Is there still any way in which i can apply for state nomination?

Hi There!! I wanted to know one thing, if I go to ACT, AUS on 190 visa as a Fin Investment Adviser, do I have to work there as a Fin Inv. Adviser. Or its not necessary? And what if I cannot find a job as a fin inv adviser. Am I allowed to do other jobs? How do they find out if I am not doing a job related to my skill? Please help! Anyone!
