Hi Guys, Hope you all doing well, I have received my visa on 13th of April 2019 offshore. Took me around about 19 months all together. The question is, my employer is going to close down the business due to huge loss in previous months. I just would like to know that where I am going to stand over this, because i be the victim. The business is in WA regional. Your input would be highly valuable and be much appreciated. Thanks in advance

Hey Guys. After reading few posts here, Now i am wondering that is it possible, if your visa could be refused after nomination being approved. I mean what are the circumstances would be if immigration refuse the visa. Please share your thoughts or experiences. Thanks

Hi there, my nomination was approved on 13th of Feb, which was lodged on 04 Aug 2017. After that CO requested for AFP only, I am offshore, However I submitted the AFP on 25th of Feb, since then no news. Hopefully hear something soon from them. Fingers cross

I'm in the same boat, AFP requested on 13th Feb, submitted on 25. Since then no news. Have faith and pray. That's all we can do

Well, I uploaded my AFP yesterday, I have already checked my account twice and its been only a day. Can fully understand your frustration Mate. Hopefully we will hear back from them soon. Fingers cross

It says on AFP website that police would to processed in 15 days. How long will immi take after i submit my police clearance ?

RCB applied. 24 July 2017 RCB approve. After two weeks Nomination Applied on 04 Aug 2017 Visa Applied on 04 Nov 2017 Nomination Approved on 12 Feb CO asked for AFP only. No further documents were asked Occupation cook. WA regional. HR country

Dear Fellows below is my timeline RCB applied. 24 June 2017 RCB Approved. Two weeks later aprox Nomination Applied on. 24.Aug.2017 Visa Applied. 04.Nov.2017 Nomination approved on. 12.Feb.2019 No documents asked. Visa filed opened today, CO asked for AFP only. Thanks to ALLAH. I pray the best for you all
